Some of the staff can use some additional training!! For example, I saw a tall, thin, middle aged, male proctor hit a guy in the face with his metal detector when he was checking in after a break mid-test, and he somehow laughed it off and blamed the guy for leaning forward?!
Also, he served THREE people who had not even checked into their exams yet before clearing me to go back into my exam during one of my limited (and timed) break times! Outrageous! I spent several minutes of my limited break time watching him turn a computer on for another candidate. Also when he was checking me in at the start of the day he was so rushed I basically had to shove all my stuff into the tiny locker they provided and forgot to take my foam ear plugs out in the process.
However, all of the other staff were courteous and generally professional. Otherwise a generally worthwhile experience, with pretty standard protocols.

Decent prometric center. Staff are friendly and efficient. Lots of parking. I showed up around 8:30am on Friday and Saturday and they were already open so I could start early. Lockers are 1 square foot. No break room or fridge but there are some chairs in the waiting room you can sit in during breaks.

I saw a few other reviews saying similar things so I thought I would add my experience. I went for a test yesterday. My appointment time was at 9 and they did not open the doors until 9:30 even though there were about 30 of us waiting outside. It then took them about 1.5 hours to check everyone in. My test was 7.5 hours long but I ended up being at the testing center for 10 hours and had to cancel an important meeting I had for later in the day. The staff was nice but painfully slow. I think in general, opening 30 minutes after everyone's appointment time is unacceptable and they really need to speed up the check-in process. For example, the man running the desk gave the same instructional speech to all of us one at a time rather than just saying it once to everyone.

My wife went for a test for 8 AM on March 12. They had asked her to arrive at least 30 min earlier. Nobody opened the test center and she waited until 9:30 AM before leaving. During this time we made several calls to their contact number and Prometric support, all calls went to voice mail. No information or no email sent about test cancellations to us or any other students waiting outside. This is the most unprofessional and hopeless experience we have had

We had a test on Mar 12 at 8 AM and were asked to come at 7:30 AM. The test center did not even open and at 9:20 some of the students were able to contact other nearby prometric centers that told us to reschedule, as no one was able to contact the staff. No information or email was provided to anyone appearing for the test about any technical difficulties. They have zero respect for test takers time spent to commute and wait outside their test center. We are raising this concern with ETS and complaining to them.
