They canceled my appointment without emailing me, then pretended it was corporate who decided to close. Called corporate who denied it. They only offer the test every other month. Not even an apology and my summer is ruined. Closed for snow storm, there wasn’t a snow storm.

Can't really rate the testing center itself because every exam I've tried to schedule here has been cancelled for some non-existent problem -- to add insult to injury, all of my exams were cancelled within 12 hours of when I was supposed to take them. Also prometric schedules out for 4-6 weeks so it can be really hard to get a new date, considering CO only has 3 locations (or 2 if you only count the ones that actually function). I shouldn't me more worried about whether or not I will be able to take the test than the test itself. I recommend the longmont location, the staff are very friendly and I have tested there numerous times with no issues

During my exam in May 2022, there was the LOUDEST construction going on- could even hear it through the noise cancelling headphones. When I confronted them, I was told, "we made note of the noise". Okay? Thanks? Is that going to increase my exam score or stop the noise? No...
As a company that specializes in hosting exams, you would think they would take special precautions to ensure quiet testing conditions, but I guess not.
I wish they had told me beforehand so I could've rescheduled at a different location or later in the year. But thank goodness they "made a note of the noise". What would we do without that note? Maybe have to retake an exam?

Like everyone else leaving reviews. My exam was canceled 1 day before. No phone number, no email, no way to reschedule. I have had the exam scheduled for 4 months and they cancel less than 24 hours before for no reason.

As with many others, my exam was cancelled about 12 hours beforehand due to "inclement weather" (we got 2 inches of snow). They seem to be entirely cavalier about cancelling exams without thought into how many structure their lives around significant tests. Hopefully I don't have to deal with this again.
