I had my first portion of my CPA exam here on Friday 9/9/22 and I could not have had a better experience. I was extremely nervous going into my exam and the people working Friday were spectacular in explaining everything to me and in getting me all set for my test. I was immediately less nervous from their kindness and them walking me through everything.

This place was fine. It’s a testing center, not a boutique honeymoon hotel. What would you expect? Tension seems to be high between the test takers and the staff.
It’s been a while, but I remember the room being cool and comfortable.
If you think you’d use the bathroom during your test, just know that there’s only one and the process takes a round trip of around 5 minutes. If there’s someone already in there, you’ll be waiting.
No matter what, pee before you hit begin. Even if you went 15 minutes prior.
Just expect the worst experience of your life, and you’ll pass your test!! (Unlike all the 1 star reviewers ?)

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE DISCREDITED AS A TESTING CENTER FOR ALL GRADUATE SCHOOLS. If they offered 0 stars they would get 0 stars for this review. Prometric testing center emailed me 2 hours before my part 3 chiropractic boards exam stating they had operational issues and my exam was canceled and rescheduled. I had this appointment with them scheduled for 3 months and they waited until the morning of the exam to email me. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this testing facility to anyone taking an important exam.

Do not make jokes. Do not ask questions. Show up ridiculously early, do not attempt friendly conversation, keep your arms inside the vehicle at all times, and don't feed the bears. Take the test online if you can. The online proctors are patient, kind, and seem to actually like people. The staff at this testing center was annoyed that I couldn't come in earlier, and couldn't wait to get me out of there. People are nervous about their exams, so being a little humane isn't too much to ask...except at this location. Humanity is grounds for termination at this location. If you have a sense of humor, then you won't make it past the lockers.
