My experience was horrible trying to take my property exam. I did not have ink in my printer and thought she would be able to print it off for me. She had all the equipment to. But instead, she makes me go around poplar avenue and pay to have it printed off at Fedex. Understandable I suppose. She tells me I need to be back in about 30 minutes. I was a minute too late getting back all because of traffic. Tells me it's too late. Has no clue if I can reschedule or get a refund. This wasn't the only problem, though.
This fat slob had the rudest attitude in existence. She should not be allowed to work there. Was nasty to me the whole time, and as I left, she yelled "jesus christ". Pearson, are these the kind of people you have running these offices? If so, I don't want to test through you ever again.

Very impressed with this testing facility and the staff there. It is in a very nice building and very well kept up. The computer I used had no problems, the palm vein scanner is very state of the art, the room was quiet... I have no complaints!

If i could i would give 0, they do not answer the phone, i called 15 times and no answer. Once i got there the phone was sitting on the receptionist's desk right by her mouse.
