Best prometric in CT. Took my step 3 here and everything run smoothly. And all the employees are so nice and helpful.

i had a horrible testing experience at this prometric center. Computers were poorly maintained, so slow and even froze a few times taking many precious minutes from my timed exam and the inconsiderate proctors threatened to throw me out and interrupted me during the middle of my timed exam because they thought my fancy N99 respirator had a valve on it which it didnt and made me cover it with an additional surgical mask which fogged up my glasses so much I had trouble reading. Just the worst exam experience ever.

Friendly, timely and professional. Ample parking shared with adjacent strip mall. The atmosphere is rightfully tense amongst testers and proctors. Lockers, water fountain and seating in the suite; locked bathrooms outside.

Be prepared to be treated like you're visiting prison for the day. I've taken many tests over my life because I have an advanced degree, I have never been treated so poorly. The center was cold and drafty no jackets were allowed. It was 17 degrees the day I took my test and the center was cold actually the entire building was cold.
I was wanded by a metal detector. When I began the test I wrote all of my formulas on the scrap paper. When that ran out, I asked for more and the man insisted on taking away my scrap paper!
During my 4 hour test I was not allowed to eat drink or even have hard candy. Completely absurd! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to take your test!

The center is taking appropriate measures to ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility due to COVID-19. The staff are very friendly.
