My test was supposed to begin at 11pm, it's been an hour, there's 5 people in front of me and I'm still not allowed in because "they are understaffed" and "backed up". (Shameless excuse of the decade).
You probably don't have a choice and will be forced to take your exam here, just prepare for an awful experience and empty excuses.

Organized, safe, and friendly.
The business building can be a maze, but the Prometric center is located in an office space on the 1st floor. The furniture in the lobby is arranged in a socially distanced manner, and COVID-19 precautions are taken throughout the office space and staff members. The check-in process is simple and thorough, and the quiet test taking environment is strictly enforced. Masks are also REQUIRED to be worn at all times. While waiting to be checked in, I noticed the lockers being disinfected prior to examinee use. The most notable thing is that the Prometric Center staff is very welcoming and friendly. I was nervous walking in, and they made me feel at ease. Even when each testing space is close to one another and shares diver walls, I felt safe knowing that people were spaced out and wearing masks throughout their exams.
With this experience, I am sure glad to have booked my next exam at this Prometric Center.

I like the atmosphere here. Good lockers. Staff very helpful; they explain the rules appropriately. Having to sit for upwards of 4 hours the chair were adequate. The monitors are adjustable; and the headphones are clean and comfortable.

Great place to get your testing needs taken care of. Great environment. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Wheel chair ♿ accessible.

I took several ARE tests there. Most of them were fine, but the last time I took in early 2019 and the internet was so slow, I have to wait each question and support documents to load for over 30 seconds. It greatly affected my time and efficiency. ARE 5.0 was an online-loaded exam and there are lots of graphic images. Testing center should update internet speed and computer hardware to support that! After that I drove 50 minutes to Westbury testing center.
