I took the Toefl test at this center today and I haven’t stopped crying. First, we were given pencils instead of pens. Secondly, the staff were nonchalant. I signaled for more than 5 minutes to get my scratch paper replaced because I had exhausted the one with me. The officials didn’t respond, hence I was unable to take notes for my last two listening sessions. This affected my listening scores so badly. I wish I could report this issue.

Very poor quality experience. The lady at the front was extremely rude. Check-in took 2 hours. We are expected to eat on the floor outside the door when there are perfectly suitable chairs in the waiting area. I will never test here again even though it is the closest center to me. I am 100% confident I would have done much better at another location. The atmosphere was borderline hostile.

Took a test here today (Saturday) and the staff were amazing! Dawn and the other staffers made the check in process so easy. They were professional but kept the atmosphere light with little jokes here and there. I was anxious about my test I really appreciated how personable they were, it helped calm my nerves heading into the exam. I highly recommend using this center even if it is a little out of the way

Pros:
The location is convenient and close to the metro.
Cons;
-Hot, almost no air flow.
-Most employees are not welcoming and are very short in dealing with people.
Overall, Please don't go there, unless you enjoy taking your test in a DMV-like environment.

The check in processes is completely ridiculous and takes forever. This is the worst Prometric site I've ever been to. The exam room is so hot. They want to you to leave the prometric site and go sit in the hallway to drink water or eat a snack which is ridiculous.
