I took STEP 1 and STEP 2 at this location and have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. It is very obvious that the manager Timothy is committed to ensuring a seamless testing experience for examinees. His staff was wonderful about getting me checked in and out of the exam room quickly on breaks. They also responded promptly to any concerns that may have arose during the long test day (e.g. another candidate was talking out loud to himself and they immediately asked him to quiet down). In general, the staff, especially Theresa (who is absolutely wonderful), made a very long testing day better with their kindness. If you have to take your USMLEs in South Florida, I would highly recommend this location!

Worst and most horrific testing center. Besides them taking forever to check you in and getting you in late for the exam, they freeze you to death inside the testing room. Proctors yell and chit chat while checking people in and while others taking their exams. One proctor yelled so loud at the top of her lungs to the other proctor to get her phone. So inconsiderate!!!
Bathroom is nasty and filled with urine splashed everywhere. No hand sanitizer and roaches and bugs traps everywhere. Ants also inside the lockers. Never take your test here. They don’t deserve a cent off of your tuition to paid to them. The building is very gloomy and unclean. They don’t have enough staff to take care of the whole job.

Led by the horrible leadership of a manager named Timothy, I had tremendously negative and unprofessional interactions with multiple employees that raised their voices and one pushed me. I wouldn’t trust nor recommend this facility. Stay clear at all costs.

Not sure why or how there are negative reviews about this place. Just finished my USMLE step 1 exam and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience amidst a nerve-racking time. Everything was very well organized with zero hiccups along the way. Each and everyone of the staff members I interacted with were extremely accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend.

Really nice people, bathroom are clean, I receive good attention. I took step 1 exam 8hrs exam and I feel good it was a quiet place, it was a little bit cold inside there but they let you use your jacket.
