Dakota and Bryten are amazing gifts from God, and I am so thankful for them! They turned an otherwise nerve-racking and tear-inducing experience into a wonderful day, and I wish there was an option to give them 20 stars! When I arrived, somehow something got messed up, and there was NO record of me in the system despite $515 being charged to my account. They helped me navigate through multiple phone calls to the customer care line, and were able to get it worked out and get me scheduled for my test just in time to be able to take it today. This meant the world to me, as it meant I would only have to wait the minimum of 3 days to get my scores back instead of multiple weeks. Their calm, empathetic, and helpful demeanor was just what I needed during an already stressful time. They deserve raises, promotions, and all the accolades! They are absolutely phenomenal!

I recently tested at this location and it was a great experience. The calm and encouraging words of Dakota and Bryten helped me go in to the test with ease. I would definitely recommend using this site !

Great experience, staff was very friendly and personable, they genuinely cared about everyone who was testing. Dakota was efficient and made sure to check in and see how I was doing/how the test was going. Making conversation helped make an otherwise long day less stressful and go by quicker.

Took and exam here and the staff was absolutely amazing. 10/10 on professionalism as well as just being nice. Dakota and Chaim made my testing days a lot better with their positive attitude. They both asked how I felt and had words of encouragement during the breaks that helped! Thank you, Dakota and Chaim!

Called 2/4/23 at 830a and no one answered the phones. I'm concerned that if there is an exam cancellation closer to my test date, staff will not answer. Some maps says this center is closed Sa/Su which makes no sense and others say they are open.
