This center definitely needs help and wondering how it never got escalated! Is anyone that has the power listening or reading the reviews?
1. It's a normal tendency for candidates to arrive early in order to avoid the long line and reduce the check-in anxiety! Test time is 8AM and the main door to the building was not opened until 7:45AM and there is a long line for check-in with one lady at the front desk giving instructions like a PT master. Actual test started pretty late around 8:15 or later (no idea as the watch was taken away too) after a lot of anxieties! Is this not a professional test center? Don't we need to "respect other people's time"? The lady at the front desk was not taking help from other people in the office that were nice to offer help! I can name the person, but due to decency refrain from doing so.
2. We had nothing on us except for our clothing. Yes, even a thin chain and ear ring had been asked to be removed, though it was not given in the instructions sent via email! We are given a scrap paper and two pencils. What is the necessity to take away our first scrap paper to give us the second one? I wanted to avoid a situation when I run out of paper and then get up to ask for a new one at the last minute when the lady might take another 2 or more minutes to arrive at my seat! It did happen and I couldn’t answer few questions because the lady was late to bring the next paper. I got distracted from listening to the reading passage too! Disappointing experience!
It was very clearly visible from the two ladies’ demonstrated behavior that, they were perfectly stressed out and couldn’t match up with the requests! Either they need to add more staff or reduce allocating so many candidates per time slot! Is it because this is the only location in the central Florida area and candidates have no option but to go through this experience?
