I had a great testing experience with this test center. All of the staff were friendly and helpful in setting me up at my computer station and checking me out and back in during my breaks. Parking is conveniently located in the adjacent garage and there is a covered walkway that connects it to the building, which I find helpful in case of rain. Highly recommend this test center!

I really enjoyed my experience in here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I want to thank Jackie for her support. The exam room is quiet, so you can focus and not be distracted. And most importantly, restroom is not so far and it’s not locked with password as in other places.

The west palm beach prometric site is in excellent condition. They are fast, professional, effective and above all have great customer service. I took my step 2CK there and the staff were very kind and patient with me. I had gone to the wrong location by mistake and showed up 30mins late for my 9hr exam. The staff were very understanding and kind. I will always appreciate this. The bathrooms were very clean too and they also let me use their break room for my lunch break.
Kindness goes a long way, and these guys are great at it. Would definitely recommend this site ????.

Took all my licensing exams here, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They know we're already stressed out of our minds when we enter the testing center (which is in an office building) so the kindness they have makes it a little easier to bare. They always submitted my exams on time even though I often tested in the afternoon on the last day of the windows. :)
I have a friend that went to the other nearby prometrics, and we agree that this one and Ft. Lauderdale's are the best. I just wish the door to the computer lab closed faster because sometimes I can hear what others say outside the room, but they have noise canceling headphones at each desk.
