I took a major exam here and I cannot thank the staff at this location enough for creating such an amazing environment to take an exam. The communication was excellent with phone calls two days and one day prior to the exam with a ton of instructions on where to park, what to expect, etc. Check in was a breeze both in the beginning, during the break, and checking out. The office was immaculate and very clean and bright. Such a HUGE difference from the experience I had in previous locations. All I needed to do was to concentrate on the exam - they removed all the other stress which others had to experience in other locations. BIG THANK YOU to both Bob and Cary for all their hardwork and kindness is making such a "stress free" environment during a Very stressful time!! :)

This company is a joke! Show up to a test that was cancelled without any type of notification! Days pay, gas, travel time, and parking fees all down the drain only to be told that my rescheduled exam I won’t be charged for! Wow how big of them! Try to reschedule over the phone, can’t speak to a live person! Try to reschedule online only to be told can’t be processed! However, later tonight they were quick to send an email telling me my enrollment expired and would have to pay for a new test! Side note, the gentleman cat the testing center was very polite and as helpful as he could be, not his fault the company is incompetent.
