Incredibly rude customer service, the woman (Noe) I’ve had several conversations with has no patience and treats me as if my questions are an annoyance rather than seeking to be professional and helpful. This is my first time using their service and I’m disappointed by how awful the service is

I called to get some info and the woman who answered was informative and gave me a detailed explanation on how to proceed. I mailed in my application and received a call with an offer for a date for my testing. Details of the testing was emailed to me. Putting aside my feelings on how courteous they were on the phone, my experience as a whole was great. They gave clear and direct information and that is what matters most to me. I didn't fill out payment information on the application I mailed in, so they had to call me. This gave me an opportunity to speak to someone directly to follow up on what the next steps would be.

Absolute worst company to work with and even worse customer support team. Everyone is so rude and short tempered. No one responds to emails, no one calls back, and it’s taken MONTHS to get a hold of someone. Still have not reached my transcripts til this day and been almost 3 months.

We all have busy lives trying to hustle to survive. I mailed in my money and the date requested. Instead, I received a call while I was busy with my side hustle and was told to pick another date to test. I thought they could only be reached by mail. Anyhow, I picked a date and assumed they would send me a confirmation letter stating my extra test date I paid for. Life went on. The test date came and went and then I received a letter stating I was a no show and to pick another date with from a list that has already passed and send more money. Only until recently have I been able to find a website and a number to call. Yes I know it’s my responsibility to know things in my life and plan accordingly but once again, I was under the assumption I couldn’t take the test without my confirmation letter. My bad for making business assumptions. I just want this process over with.

Wasn't hard to find and with the new Covid precautions and limited amount of people to take the test, there was plenty of street parking. You're not allowed...
