Staff was extremely organized and super friendly. Very thorough check in. I had to use the noise canceling headphones and could still hear the staff and other testers coming in and out of the room.

My experience was the worst here that it's ever been. Prometric should be fined! Forcing people to wear a mask (which literally does nothing to protect the wearer or those that were at a distance in the testing room) is an atrocious overstep of any right behavior. This was wrong! But wait it gets worse! After my mask came off my nose (still over my mouth) several times, I was THREATENED that my test would be marked VOID if I was reminded again about this! Prometric has no right to threaten voiding a test where there is no cheating of the test involved. This company needs to be held accountable for it's behavior. I know that someone else would like to take a test but now is not sure they will with this kind of insane mandate going on. I will likely need to pursue other action if Prometric does not reach out to me with a formal apology and declaration that I will never need to wear a mask again!

The staff is very polite and friendly, very clean and quiet comfortable atmosphere to take a test in.
