Staff can be either be very friendly and positive…. Or cold, haughty, with attitudes like the DMV depending on the day you go. I went on a Saturday and they made you feel at ease (a nice old man with glasses, older Filipino lady with orange highlights, and black lady with lots of jewelry and straight hair). another day I went on a Friday whole different crew, really sour pus attitudes (a stout middle age black lady with glasses and braids) I paid good money to test here, this isn’t a DMV shhheesh. (Just describing the people and race so people might know which workers I may be talking about ? )
I would suggest to bring your ear plugs to wear with their headphones… the “noise canceling” headphones they provide alone don’t really work that well, I kept hearing typing and clicking next to me, was very distracting my first time testing here.
Some things are very unsanitary, like I brought my own ear plugs , and when you check in they make everyone put your things in the same small green container before the next person puts their things when they check in. So ok you want me to take my dirty ear plugs that’s covered with my ear wax on them, that’s been in my ear canal into this container, then the all persons after me have my ear wax all over their ids, glasses, and keys ? lady (same one with braids) Like why can’t you just look at my foam ear plugs.
Also the testing guy who took my fingerprints (a tall svelte black male with orange Afro hair) didn’t wipe or tell people to use the hand sanitizer in between people putting their sweaty fingerprints on the scanner.
Hopefully you will get the nice crew working.

Had my step 1 exam in this center on october 2021z
Very professional and nice staff. Everything went smoothly. The only thing I didn’t like is that different exams are taking place at the same time in the same rooms which was so annoying for me because they would be typing and writing using the keyboard making very noisy sounds during one of the most stressful exams in my life.
I would recommend people with the same exam to be grouped in the same rooms.

This centre is and staff is okay but it gets extremely annoying when the staff lady disturbs you in the middle of the exam for some random BS. I understand they are dealing with people everyday and its just a regular job for them, but every test taker has a focused mindset, and the staff needs to understand. they shouldn't mess with someone's mind especially on the exam day.
Hope they improve the staff attitude and show some respect towards human beings.

Took EOT there. They said I couldn't wear my jacket during the test. I have taken many tests at different prometrics and that's never been an issue. A different lady, the one that took my picture had an attitude. This was on Saturday the 24th of September 2022 at 11AM, she was rude for whatever reason. Not a great atmosphere at all to take a test.

Great staff. They have noise canceling ear covers for you. The only negative - it's on the 23RD FLOOR! Otherwise, nice testing place.
