Unreal how rude the staff is. Went there yesterday for testing, orders are barked at you at lighting speed, and when you ask them to repeat what they said, you are met with exasperation and eye rolling. The woman at the front desk (didn't catch name, she had on a leg brace) was outrageously horrible to a man who was struggling with English, apparently he wasn't understanding fast enough, so she felt it was okay to berate him in front of everyone "would you just do what I am telling you!!??" It was humiliating and unnecessary and honestly I was distracted for the first several minutes of my test because I was so upset on behalf of this man. Disgusting behavior

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Don't take your tests here! I was scheduled for my exam and confirmed it. Got to the testing center 30 minutes early and the door was locked and the lights were off. No one to be found. Checked online, and they cancelled my test without any notice. I scheduled this in February of 2021. No email (checked spam) and no voicemail. There was plenty of time to let me know it was cancelled.
Called the number on here, and it was a number for at&t. I redialed and it then was an insurance number. So clearly their number is disconnected. I rescheduled online, and this location was not available. That also makes me believe this location is out of business.
Don't get fooled into taking a test in this location. Make the trip to the Chicago location instead. Terrible service, terrible location.

Employees at the site were not friendly. I understand this is a testing site and there are strict rules and guidelines, however, the least people can do is look at you when speaking to you. I asked for a direction to be repeated to me because the lady's head was turned away from me and she responded by increasing the volume and extremely rude tone of her voice while continuing to look away. As a person with auditory delay, this was incredibly rude and I do have to have statements repeated to me. The employees need a course on professionalism and simple kindness.

I've taken several ASE tests at this location. The staff is friendly and professional. The desks and computers where tests are taken are cleaned after each individual use. Over all I've had pretty good experiences at this location. Study for your test(s) and you will leave here happy too!!

Far from "World Class Service" that they advertise. I arrived to my scheduled appointment 50 minutes early, along with the other people scheduled for this exam. By the start time, no one had shown up. It took 2 hours for any of us to get a hold of a Prometric employee that could help, just for them to tell us the site is closed today. I did not receive a cancellation email until 2 days AFTER my test date. Unorganized, disrespectful company. Need to learn how to serve people the way you're advertising.
