It was a great experience. The facilitators were very nice and professional. Both ladies were very thorough and encouraging. I will definitely go back to that location for my other test.

Forgot my ID on the day of testing here on Saturday. The lady who check everyone in at the front desk was helpful and kind. Although they couldn't let me take the exam, the lady was patient and she did everything she could to help me, which made me feel a lot better during my difficult time. Thank you!

The address given from Prometric's email might be off or incorrect when searched up on Google Maps. I was initially taken to the restaurant across the street. Just be aware!

Never coming here again. My scores were canceled for a test I studied so hard for. Now I have to retake it & pay again. Do yourself a favor & don't take your exam here!

I’ve been to the facility multiple times for my exam and the staff was consistently friendly, not one bad experience! A special shout out to Joanna who was very accommodating and patient over the phone.
