This is the best test center I’ve been to. The ladies there are so nice and caring. I left my iPad in the locker and they were quick to return my call and return it to me.

I never thought that I would be able to say I enjoyed taking an exam at a Prometric center, but this was as close as a person could get! The ladies are so nice and they do so many little things to make the experience a little bit more enjoyable. They have free water, free men's, they will make you coffee if you ask, they take the time to explain what your experience will be like, and they even have earplugs for you if you forget your own. The temperature in the testing room is perfect and they do a great job expediting the process of entering an exiting the room for breaks. They even seem to remember everyone's face and know exactly which test they were taking and how long they were into it. I'm very impressed.

If you have to take a computer-based test in the area between Indianapolis and Chicago, do it at this testing center! The ladies who work here are absolutely wonderful and are truly trying to help make the experience, which is never "fun", as pleasant as possible. There was free water available, the testing room was quiet, and hand-painted motivational posters in the check-in room really helped boost my spirits a bit as I went back in for the second half of my GRE. Overall, a great experience! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment here if you're having to take an ETS exam.
(Side note: While you're not allowed to bring food into the testing room, I do recommend bringing a snack to keep in your locker for your break, as there are unfortunately no vending machines in the building.)

Great center. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Compared to the prometric testing center in Indianapolis, this one has bottled water, ear plugs and drink mixes available, whereas the Indianapolis location has a solely water fountain. This testing center is decorated with motivational posters that brings a pleasant atmosphere. The Indianapolis location has nothing of the sort. While this location wasn't as convenient for me, it definitely has better vibes.

I loved this center! It was a totally new town for me but the ladies here are so welcoming! Had a 2 day usmle step3 and they eased me in quite well and i literally had no complains. Highly recommended. Just 2 hours bus from Chicago.
