I’ve been to several Prometric testing centers in different states and this is by far the best one I have ever tested at! Everyone was so friendly and helped me feel at ease! Diane was particularly helpful and greeted me with a smile! I was even able to start my test early and when you have a 9 hour test that is sooo nice! Will definitely test there again!

First, I have waited before over a hour past my time that scheduled to test. Second, they have messed up and placed other people testing before others because they didn't see the times scheduled for each test. They would apologize because they do not have any computers left, but still other people have wait for a computer for over a hour because they messed up. Third, if you are thirty minutes late then they will cancel your exam and you lost over $100 to take that exam. They have no idea about LIFE on your side but your expected to take their nonsense.

Testing is never fun, but the staff at Prometric in Evansville made the experience as pleasant as it could be. I appreciate so much their courtesy and professionalism.

I got stuck behind a wreck on the Lloyd and called ahead. They were very understanding and supportive and were not upset when I was the last one to leave that day. ????
