They are not responsible or professional I done my exam a month a go. I have been calling them to get my score but I have no answer yet and no solution or offering my money back. They not even answering my phone calls anymore. The one star I give them is to much.

I swear every worker here was amazing and just great people. Seriously these people need raises! They made the testing process a breeze and these workers actually care and try to make the test environment as great as possible! Seriously if you have the choice of anywhere in the Kentucky region to test choose this location!

Travis, the representative I spoke with, has been nothing by exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating from start to finish, even after my test was done and I had to work out some complications with him over the phone. He has gone over the top to help me--a very good experience.

Customer Service options are a joke. Waited on hold for 45 minutes, no answer. Same for their online help "bot". Useless options.
