Awesome experience here! They get you in and out with minimal hassle. The employees seem to be a cheerful lot and not disgruntled or burned out like some places. The test room was quiet and a comfortable temp. Everything was explained clearly so I knew what to expect.

Cut down on their weekend hours. This make it incredibly difficult to take when you work full time. I now either drive to Oklahoma or Emporia to take my tests.

I was supposed to take an exam on February 15, 2021 at 12:30PM. I called 18 times the morning of the exam to verify that they were open, yet no one answered. Additionally, I checked the ProMetric website for a list of closures on February 15th, and they were not on the list. When I showed up at 12:15PM prior to my exam, all doors were locked and no one was inside the testing center. I did not receive a voicemail nor did I receive an email notifying me that the testing center was closed. I would strongly advise avoiding this testing center in the future as they are models of what it means to communicate very poorly.

Went here to take the MCAT and one of the ladies proctoring the exam who was also responsible for overseeing people sign in and out was very rude. She criticized and belittled test takers.
