Took a 2 1/2 hour long test studied for months. Took my test nothing went wrong everything went fine, received a passing raw score at the end, until two weeks later I got an email that a power outage at the testing center interfered with internet and my test scores did not get reported. Hesitant to come here again.

As stressful as a test day can be, the friendly staff here made it as easy as possible. Definitely appreciated their kindness and speed at which they got us checked in!

Power supposedly goes out and tons of people are stuck not being able to test. Some came from hours away. Every other business in shopping center has power but they don’t. Seems very mismanaged. No answers just excuses and a feedback card to talk to someone on an 800 number after waiting in parking lot for an hour for power. Stay clear

I normally don’t do this but I had to.. this is the 4th test I have taken with this center. 3rd time since the pandemic. During my test, I was placed next to door where I could hear everything even with sound blocking headphones. They place a guy directly next to me is a whole empty room, he was also making noises and moans during the whole time I was taking my test. When I finished my test, I got up to leave and was asked to close the door and go back in. When they called me in they said they were trying to get my attention to wait inside but I did not see them. I apologized and said I did not mean to. The lady at the desk was very nice and took my apology. The man employee though kept bringing up my mistake. After I have been taking a test for 2 hours and have failed 2 other times because this test is an awful representation of my knowledge of my content area, I was stressed and tired. I wanted to get out of there. I will not know my test results for another month. I was ready to go home and forget about it for awhile. Then the man continues to bring up me coming through the door when I was not suppose to. I apologized again and said I do not remember having to wait to go through the door when I am done the last few times I have came here. He then says, “so you just decide not to follow the rules and guidelines everytime?” I proceed to say no, I just don’t remember having to do it this way when I came in last month. I apologized again. No understanding at all. Why can’t you just let it go? It was an accident and all this man could do was belittle me for making a stupid mistake. I really hope I do not have to go back there for another test. Sorry for the rant. The whole situation just made me angry. I just want to pass my test and go home..

Positive: The staff was friendly and explained the rules carefully. Negative: The location of the center was difficult to find. It is tucked away in a corner so it would be helpful for them to put a sign closer to the parking lot. I was told to be at the testing center a half an hour before my test which I was but the line was quite long for such a small place and there was only one person checking people in. By the time I got through the line it was time to begin my test only I had to sit in the waiting room for a little while. When my name was finally called to take my test there was a whole security process that needed to be done. None of this was a problem until they started calling other people back who had arrived after me and going through their screening process first. So I didn't get to start my 4+ hour exam until 45 minutes after my arrival. If I am early and there on time as directed, I expected to start on time as well. I know the security takes time but the whole process of checking in and screening should not have taken as long as they did.
