Staff is always so kind and helpful. I felt it was well run and organized. Building and sound proofing could use an upgrade... but it was fine ;)

Horrible customer service. Have left a ton of messages and emails still no word back. You go on their site and a thousand steps just to get contact info. Cant reschedule if noone replies back been going through this 3 weeks now
