I was at this center today for a test. I'm shocked by the low overall rating.. I found the center to be very clean. I interacted with three different staff members, all were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They provided all the testing materials I needed. They were encouraging on the way into the testing room and congratulatory on the way out! I would definitely return if needed in the future.

My recent experience at this Prometric location was excellent! Barbara, Mitchell, and another gentleman (I can't remember his name) all treated me kindly, respectfully, and fairly.
I had to travel out of state to take my exam in NH which was extremely frustrating, and in general Prometric customer service is horrible. (Test scheduling was a nightmare)
I can honestly say Barbara, Mitchell, and the other gentleman (Navy man) were all very calm, kind, and helpful which made a huge difference and also inspired this review.

I would not recommend this testing center. I had an exam scheduled on a Tuesday. When I got there with about 15 other people, they were apparently closed on Monday and Tuesday and did not inform any of us of this schedule or change in business days. Prometrics was also unaware that they were closed and all of us could not take our scheduled exam that Prometrics let us schedule. We all had to reschedule for a different day. They did not communicate that they were closed or let us know before we all showed up. The hours on google also say they are open those days. Very unprofessional.

This testing center deserves 5 stars, without a doubt. Take the bad reviews on here with a grain of salt. I have been to two other sites and this is by far the best one. The parking, cleanliness, professionalism of the staff, and layout are great. They put the effort into keeping the environment light and fun and you can tell they care about your testing experience.
The prometric scheduling site does have a glitch though. It shows that this location is open on Monday and Tuesday which is not the case. I believe the hours of operation are Wed-Sat. But that’s a prometric website issue which has nothing to do with the staff and test taking experience here. If you want a straight forward, professional, and lighthearted experience, then this is your spot.

This is a fantastic Prometric site. Extremely nice facility, looked new, clean and was a comfortable environment! The staff was awesome. They were so kind, calming and professional. Wish I could take all of my exams here.
