I was kind of nervous going to this testing center after reading all the comments BUT it was quite literally the opposite.
The two ladies working there were incredibly efficient, polite and sweet. My exam was really long, i took multiple breaks and these ladies were very nice and professional every time I checked back in.

Though I couldn't take we my test due to no fault of the center staff, I found them kind, courteous and helpful. Overall, neat and tidy environment.

Other than when they once cancelled my test right before it started, this is a good center with fast computers and friendly staff. Usually my preferred center when I am in the area.

I took my Title Producers exam at the Landover lactation several times and the staff there was always thorough and professional. The head proctor name Giselle was always helpful and gave words of encouragement before and after the exam each time.

The manager in this location is SO incredibly rude. I was scolded by her because I needed to go to the bathroom twice - I think her name is Giselle. I have been in other centers in the past and I have never been treated like a criminal for going to the bathroom. When I explained that I have a 1 year old and had an energy drink in the morning to stay awake she brushed me off and got upset with me. What’s wrong with you?? While I understand that there are rules (I don’t see how you can prohibit someone from this basic human need) there are ways to communicate them; treating people with respect and dignity.
