The young ladies don’t know customer service at all. It’s ridiculous how they talk to visitors. They need to understand most of these visitors are Students, Educators, Doctors, or highly educated. The least you should do is to have smile and pleased face when answering questions. Please note that visitors are stressed, they come here once in a lifetime so just make there experience enjoyable rather, it’s the least they need to worry about when taken an exam. The place and computers are fairly new and flow less.
