I have NOT had good experiences at other prometrics.. but this one?! They were engaging, supportive, treated me like I am an adult, bathroom was close, temperature was fine, check and out process was simple and fast, no noise ( i did wear my soft foams) which i was concerned about it since its in a city center. Its a small center which was great. I think you have to pay for parking ( I had someone drop me) but that's the only con, its worth your piece of mind.

It’s a small prometric center with less number of people which was good for me. Unfortunately, I was disturbed in the middle of my test by their worker, because she was not sure what type of paper they suppose to provide me for my exam. It was very unprofessional. When I asked why she could not wait until my breaks, she stated that she can disturb me whenever she wants.

Highly recommend this testing center! Very friendly and helpful staff. Drove out of my way from Howard County to come to this location because the Columbia location was TERRIBLE!

Extremely unprofessional. Canceled my exam in morning during the night of (around ~2:30am). Fortunately, I was able to get an extension to take the exam outside of the testing window by the provider. Based off my experience, I'd recommend online/remote testing options as opposed to in-person.

I did my usmle step 1 here. I am a foreigner and flew to the US to take the test. I chose this centre because the reviews were good in comparison to the other centres nearby.
I am glad I did.
The staff was polite, professional and kind. The sign in and sign out process was quick and simple. The lockers provided were adequate and the space designated for break time was comfortable for a quick snack. The rest rooms were clean and well maintained.
Headphones with audio were provided, which were necessary for my test, as well as regular noise cancelling headphones.
I found the test centre quiet for the most part. Towards the end of my test i noticed the person in the cubicle beside me typing but it was not a major disturbance.
The temperature was comfortable. I wore a jacket to keep me warm throughout.
I have no complaints. I would use this test centre again.
