I make sure to take all my exams here Step 1 and Step 2 exams. The staff members are really nice and help you feel at ease on a very nerve wrecking day. The testing center is nice itself and if you are taking a long exam there is a nice bench outside you eat your lunch. Would definitely recommend this testing prometric center

Excellent testing facility, well managed and maintained. Facilities are comfortable, employees are empathetic to the stress levels of test takers. I’ve taken prometric tests remotely in the past but will always take them in person after my last two tests at this location. Employees ensure no one is cheating and follow all the rules. They are also understanding and allow bathroom breaks (without stopping the timer on your test). The knowledge you can use the bathroom is comforting especially if you’re like me and had to take a 4 hour exam. I can’t speak for any other locations, but the ladies at the Towson location will ensure you don’t experience any additional stress and try to be as accommodating as possible. 5 stars across the board!

Y'all scared me with the reviews. Had to take an 8hr exam and didn't even think to check reviews when scheduling, and by the time I did it was too late to change. The space is old but clean and definitely quiet. I brought my own ear plugs in addition to the noise cancelling headphones and didn't have any issues with noise. The two women staffing that day were very kind and quick whenever I left for a break. Took a walk around the parking lot for one of my breaks. I had a good experience there and would recommend!

I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad. I went here for a 2 hour exam and I was checked in swiftly. The employees are very polite and helpful. I wasn't given my exam results right away as I was expecting, so one of them kindly looked into it for me and informed me that it would be sent to me via email. Though this was my only time, I wouldn't worry about the negative reviews. Arrive at least thirty minutes early with your ID and anything else needed specific to your exam, and you will be fine. They did offer noise cancelling headphones, but I did not use them, as it was quiet enough.
As a sidenote, they will call you before you come to ask a few covid screening questions, but that takes less than five minutes.

I didn't think to get her name before I left, but the staff member that was at this facility when I took my 7.5 hour long exam was a HUGE!!!!!! reason I believe I passed the exam!! She was so encouraging when I would leave the room for my breaks and even allowed me to start my test early because I would have been stuck in traffic when I left if I didn't. I took this test at another location once before and just felt like I was a nuisance to the staff for being there for that long. I really could not thank the staff member more!!!!!
