I took a nurse aide exam back on July 2019 in New York. It is now March 2,2023. I never received my results or an answer from Prometric. When i called the test center i was informed they can’t find my file.I paid for this exam and the amount of emails & calls i’ve made and no answers. I am highly disappointed. I tried submitting a complaint and it doesn’t allow me to which is why Im leaving this review. I was Robbed by this company and hope this helps others.

This company gets NO stars from me! Please stay away!!! Horrible company!! Was offered a position as a supervisor then after weeks of waiting for a start date, and not hearing back from anyone concerning the matter, they rescinded the offer! The HR Rep even had the Audacity to sound like she was very Elated and OVER JOYED when she called me to give me the news!! Management and HR respond to your inquiries weeks later or NEVER at all!!! The whole organization is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED and don’t know what DIRECTION they are going!! Please read the reviews about working here or doing business with them. The reviews are speaking volumes about the CULTURE at that company!!

WHERE'S MY REFUND!?!? It has been MONTHS since I received an email on February 15th stating that my refund was approved and it'll be mailed in 2- 3 weeks. I have not received my money yet and I'm having the worst time ever getting someone on the phone. This is bad business Prometric, send me my money please and thank you...

I applied for a job there and after two phone interviews they wanted to finally have me come in for a face to face interview. I was very intimated by their questions for one. Second they did not even call me back to say whether I had the job or not. Never heard back from them. This company is not a place you want to work unless you have the looks and no brains.

Same experience as all the other 1 star ratings. Can’t ever get ahold of anyone, when you do they can’t answer any of your questions. Canceled a test on us with no notice so drove 2 hours for nothing. If you can take tests through any other service, please do.
