I made it 2/3 of the way through an online exam before an employee (not my proctor) interrupted and cancelled my exam due to not meeting their required computer setup. This was after completing the pretest verification process, specifically to make sure that I was meeting their standards. They were unapologetic about their mistake and completely unprofessional. Now I will have to wait months before I can retake the test. Thanks a lot Christian.

Had a very good experience taking step 2 here. Staff is nice and friendly and they get you checked in quickly. They are very speedy getting you checked back in for breaks. I have been to some pro metric centers where I had to wait several minutes to even get checked in, so I was very happy with them here. Would recommend wearing long sleeves as it can get cold inside the testing area.

I cannot explain the frustration I have experience with almost ten years of prometric after the MCAT and three USMLE Step exams. The physical spaces have of course been awful with rude staff, old equipment, in Philadelphia there is only one bathroom for the entire location!?, and worst of all has been dealing with customer service regarding rescheduling exams. Their entire business model is giving the customer the run around and never help them transferring you from one non English speaker to another refusing to help you then finally hanging up on you. Most recently claiming that I was not allowed to reschedule day 2 of my step three exam. I reached out to USMLE who stated there was no such rule. Prometric will refuse to help you, pushing deadlines closer to your test date in order for them to charge you the maximum fees if you are lucky enough to force them into doing their job. There has to be an alternative to this horrible business.

Was hired on contingency, turned down 2 other job offers. I had no worries because my criminal record is clean. The first day of training, 3 hours in I'm sent to HR and told something was on my background. Refused to tell me what. Contacted Lakeisha by email it was cold and the response was the background checking company will send the results and pretty much best of luck. Told by HR I would be paid for the day and haven't. Filed an appeal and the company shows my background clear yet no job now. Maybe a blessing in disguise if they could turn on me so quick with false information.

There is a 3m walking distance free parking (in front of target shopping area) Parking costs 30$’s(3h-to max) in the parking in front of the building across the street. The prometric doesn’t tell you this beforehand so you have no clue at the moment when you have an exam. 3m distance target and other stores even have a parking. But guess prometric doesn’t give you the importance a target gives to their customers. This is the prometric headquarters and their lack of empathy is as it is. I wouldn’t expect anything good from a branch of prometric considering their main headquarters is like this. Would appreciate if you click on “helpful” for this review so others also don’t have to pay 30$ for parking.

This place sucks! I ordered a transcript of a class I had taken previously. My college never received the transcript but I still was charged $30 (which they...
