The good: The area appears safe, pizza is near parking area…plus other nice restaurants around. The bad: bathrooms are not readily available. There are businesses that rent rooms in the building and they have keys and you don’t. You will have to request one from the testing center. There are bathrooms in the pizza place that typically have the back door open from the parking area. You are not allowed to loiter in the hallways although no one is policing that issue. Small testing waiting area. Your two ID’s must have signatures or you will not be admitted. Drivers license and signed credit card will do.
Parking was not an issue, but pulling out on to the main road has visibility issues.

I was there with my son, so I had to stay in the waiting room for a little over three hours.
It was definitely a weird experience. I watched everyone check in, and I can say the woman at the front desk, Jeanie, was power tripping. She was as unfriendly as anyone I’ve ever met.
I watched people wait in line for 20 minutes after they got there, and she continued to ask them why they were late. (Meanwhile they were not late… they waited in line for her to finish)
There was an older male that made one comment about the place being run poorly, and she tried to kick him out for it. She threatened several people with not taking their exam, and she would tell them to read the rules on the wall.
Thankfully she was fine with me, but I would never put up with the disrespect she showed these people.
This would have easily been a 1 star review, but the gentleman that helped my son was so friendly.
I get the need for stopping cheating, but the rude attitude was totally over the top.

I did my test and the only "exceptional" thing the front of desk lady did was instruct me to read the guidelines properly to a fault on my part. I didn't have any issues and she was very respectful and serious and I don't see why people are upset about that. The other staff are nice as well and the test centers are quiet.

I will give 5 stars to the friendly staff-a gentleman with long hair and the front desk gentleman . The environment worths nothing tho-the air smells horrible and the restroom seems dirty.

Typically, I drive way out of the way to another testing center to avoid this one. Had to take an exam sooner for work. The employee who power trips with a simultaneously lukewarm personality, Clara (?), ceases to amaze me. Leaving today I told her she doesn’t create a great environment… in reference to her pushing my foot I had crossed over my lap while testing telling me to sit straight. What she said back wasn't rememberable nor productive. Anyway, go to the Prometrics in DC on K st. Everyone’s personable and funny. It’s hard to imagine it’s even the same company.
