I went there today to take an exam. The woman at the desk, the full size lady, she was very rude and calling me sweetie. Then she was showing me how to lock the small boxes where you put your bag, she snatch the keys out my hands. I had a bad experience because of her. The other lady was fairly nice, but that lady I mention previously, she needs to learn some manners, dont call adults by those pet names, that disrespectful woman. Do you think you talking to your cat or dog?

I’ve taken a lot of tests at Prometric testing centers and this was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had so far. Employees were so kind, the whole process was much smoother than at other testing centers in the past, and it wasn’t ever too crowded either.

Took my certification exam here last week. Very pleasant experience given the circumstances. Staff was friendly and courteous. Security is a major priority so if your testing here be aware of the certain restrictions in place.

I went to take a test and my name was spelt wrong so I had to reschedule. Even after it was changed in the system it was still wrong 2 others times. Shame as the staff there were super nice.

I am a correction officer, and this place is like fort nocks. Plesent staff and a safe and secure environment for all your testing.

I came here for my Oncology Certified Nurse exam.
I was very happy with my experience here, and would definitely come back for any other testing needs....
