First time at a testing center like this. I was nervous with how many negative reviews there were on Google. But I was pleasantly surprised. Yes it was someone hard to find. It is in the South wing, 4th floor in the back. Did not have to deal with parking as I was dropped off. Employees were helpful, curt, and professional. Started my exam early, and went through easy administration check in. Computers worked great, no issues. Was nervous that reviews said proctors were loud and you could hear distracting noises, but that was not the case for me. Did not even need the headphones they provide. Small locker for your items. Got a confirmation call the day before. Quite an easy experience and I am happy how clean, professional, and easy the experience was.

Signs leading to Prometric testing center are so unprofessional.. if you plan on parking during the week, park across he street or you'll get towed apparently. This sign is on the forth floor on the door to the office.. so if you didn't know you'd have to go back downstairs. Oh! And there's a business sign down the road that you may be directed to that says prometric on it.. that's not the right area (duh) there's nothing there. They know about it but I guess just don't want to take it down. Tests aren't bad, and the ladies that work at the place are actually really nice! Love them ? Corporate sucks, impossible to get in contact with, phone lines are almost unusable.. unless you calling to hear an endless loop of pointless info with no options to do anything.. because why not..? Overall a big ? (thumbs down)

This is the worst place to take an exam. They have zero respect for the students and I witnessed Rebecca Romero, the proctor, being beyond unprofessional and impolite. She is INFAMOUS at my school and so is the Worcester testing center because of her. I witnessed her yelling at a student for misplacing her driver's license and was condescendingly telling her, "you need to be more responsible with your belongings. I just don't understand how you can lose it." and continued to berate her. She didn't stop until I had to intervene. The student was crying through her latter 1/2 of her exam and I could hear her sniffling in the exam room. Prometric does not meet up to their values and mission statement of "understanding who they're helping and why." It must mean that they understand who their clientele is and will do what they can to sabotage your exam. And dear Rebecca, please take your attitude somewhere else. We don't like you, and you'd be the worst person to see right before an exam. I hope your kids are treated exactly the same when they're taking life changing exams. I hope you know you're famous among students. Great job :) you did it. You made yourself important.

Process was pretty easy to get it and take my exam. They ask they you wear a mask during the whole time and keep your photo ID with you. Wear something comfortable. They make you flip out your pockets and hood (if you're wearing a hoodie) and check you with a metal detector wand. If you need them, calculators and writing materials are provided.

As described by other users already, the testing center itself is hard to find. During the test, the supervisors walked past the desks in an incredibly loud manner (pretty much stomping), which was very distracting by itself, and then always accompanied by a very loud shutting of the door separating the office from the testing room. The room itself had horrible acoustics, which is really not something you’d want during a test with speaking sections administered to people at different times. During the break and check in/check out procedures they were very rude and annoyed. (“You! Your break is over.”) I’d also rather be somewhere else at 7 in the morning, but this is their job and they should therefore be taking it a bit more seriously/at least be more respectful. People pay a lot of money to take these tests and I’d expect a more professional atmosphere under these conditions.
