Kevin, the manager, and Joel's front desk have HORRIBLE customers. I arrived on time for my exam review, but they informed me I could not take the test because I was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early to be checked in. Joel allowed a lady behind me to take the test 2 hours before. They did not apologize or try to troubleshoot. I will definitely choose another location for my review. Kevin and Joel had the worst energy someone would want before an examination.

I had a great experience and I passed 12/21/22. Then I went back 12/28/22 to do my fingerprints. Very professional and pleasant experience on both days.
I would recommend this site to anyone. The whole process was smooth and professional.
Very clean center and building period. They are thorough about you understanding the test taking procedures.
Masks are recommended, but not required. You are provided a locker and key for your personal belongings. They are not allowed in the testing center.
An overall great experience.
There was different staff both days and great process and professionalism.

The reviews are true. Nobody here likes their job so they treat others poorly as well. Horrible sign in process too. Takes way too long even if you get there 30 minutes early. I had two experiences at this testing center. I had one test at 2pm and the staff was just bland and robotic. The line to sign in was long as well. Then, I came a second time and I WILL say.. if you get there early, like 8am-11am then the people there will have a slightly better attitude. Also, less busy and easier to sign in. Only reason for two stars.

I’ve taken three tests here before and my experiences were great. For my most recent test, I arrived right at my scheduled time instead of 15 minutes early but thankfully it wasn’t a big deal and I was able to get in there quick to take it. Their testing policies are simple and easy and the proctors are helpful. Although, I was wearing a hoodie and I put the hood over my head while I was testing bc I was getting cold and the lady immediately went over to me and said I can’t do that which threw me off but other than that everything was fine. It’s a clean and organized testing center. The bathrooms are convenient and usually tidy.

My wife attempted to take a test here and despite having the correct name updates to the system and department of education, the lady at the front desk refused to test her unless she had her original marriage license (wouldn't let her show it from phone) despite the marriage license already being uploaded to the system with confirmation of receipt.
NEVER go to this testing site. The other reviews are true. This old bitter woman at the front desk is miserable and will do anything to make sure you can't test.
