Have called numerous times for a copy of my license and they refuse. I just don't understand I never had this much hassle when american red cross was in charge.

By far my favorite prometric center that I've tested at over the years. The staff members were efficient, kind, and cheerful. There are plenty of bathrooms so I never had to wait in line. I definitely recommend testing at this location.

Absolutely terrible place. Had my exam scheduled for 2 months, they called the day before to confirm my appointment, then when I get there they tell me my exam has been cancelled due to “not having enough staff”. Didn’t call me or email or give any notice. Then I couldn’t reschedule my exam for another 3 weeks because they didnt have any spots. Absolute joke of a place and company.

Worst place ever. It's bad enough your nervous to take your test but when the system goes down during test is scary and then they couldn't print my results. I hope I never have go come back.
