I took my DAT on October of 2022 at this testing center. Not sure why this center was problematic for some people, as long as you follow the directions everything goes smoothly :) I came in 45 min early as requested by the staff via phone couple of days before the exam. I was let in and ready to take the exam within 15 minutes. I spoke with at least 4 staff members here and they were all very nice. Came to help when I raised my hand during the exam for more materials etc promptly. Highly recommend this center :) I took the exam at 1:30 on a Friday.

nice clean spacious testing site, just go down the stairs to your right upon entering the building. computers are 23 inches and you get noise cancelling headphones if you want to use them. if you come first then you get the first corner desk in the room, labelled 1. the lockers are big or small, i was allowed to take any. there is a coat hanger. bathrooms are out the door (if you're leaving the room) and two lefts. i believe womens room needs a key but the mens is open. there's a water fountain next to it, but there's a foot pedal water station inside the testing site but there's no cups due to covid. similarly, fingerprint scanning or anything too much touching-wise seemed to have been waived, so the procedure is just show your glasses, ankles, sleeves, pockets, take picture without mask and that's all i think. you get up to two napkins and a 4 sheet booklet to write notes in during the exam.
in the event fire alarm goes off, it'll be startling and went off for 5 minutes for me. they'll give you ear plugs, but they didn't give anyone extra time. rooms aren't as soundproof as i desired but it was fine otherwise. staff is very quick and professional.

I read the mixed comments but when I went there The front desk old tall white guy was rude for no reason Dude people come here for taking exam please don’t spoil their mood or exam day. How are Such horrible people working at a test talking site

The staff were professional with the exception who an elderly lady who experienced a computer issue that delayed me for 20 minutes outside the exam room. These things happen, but it's not the stressful experience you're looking for right before an exam, and some politeness or an apology would have been appreciated. The test center was clean and quiet; they have a strict mask policy; overall, I would test here again.
