I showed up for my scheduled exam (which I took two weeks off to study for) just to find the center had been closed due to staffing issues. I understand circumstances happen, but I would have expected a company as large as this would have contingency plans for such things. Especially given the importance of these exams that we're forced to take by our certifying bodies, and this company having a monopoly over these exams.
Once I was finally able to reschedule a few days after my original exam date, the staff was friendly and efficient.
