Worst experience ever! We had an appointment for an exam scheduled more than 4 weeks in advance. They called us in the morning the day before the exam requesting us to be at the test center at 7 am (an hour before the exam's start time). The same day at night we got an email saying that the test was cancelled but also textually saying "Please disregard this message if you have already been contacted by Prometric". We (including other 10 people who also wanted to take the exam) came to the test center the next day to find out that the test center was closed due to maintenance. It is incredible how they have played with the time of 11 people! Some of them who had deadlines and needed to take the exam ?. By reading other reviews looks like this is pretty common for this test center!!!

I thought the staff was very professional. I was worried that it could be noisy but it was not at all. The headphones were great and the room was quiet. The staff called the day before to confirm the appointment and answer questions. Thanks for a good experience.

I had a good experience taking the test today, people working there are very nice. However, my previous scheduled test has been cancelled at last minute without presenting exact reason, which frustrated me a lot! Hope they don't do it again.

The exam I am taking is a 2-day exam. I scheduled part 1 for Friday and part 2 for Saturday. Got done around 2:30 PM on my first day, and the ladies at the front dest notified me that they are going to be CLOSED the next day due to a winter storm. I am not sure how they can preemptively close down a location before it even starts to snow?!?! I have spent many hours and have scheduled a lot of things around this exam. I had to call prometric and wait on hold for 35 minutes to reschedule my exam for 10 days later.. This is Michigan. It snows here. And most of the time the meteorologists aren't right about the predictions. How can you justify closing 19 hours before you are supposed to open the next day?? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. If you don't want to be open when it snows, move south.

Came here to take a test. The place is super clean and pleasant. Plenty of parking by the entrance. Definitely would come here again to take any future tests.
