Been here two times for my exam and contrary to all comments my experience was so nice.everything was done timely.
Place is clean and sanitized.staff is also very friendly and cooperative

While every other test center in Metro-Detroit sent out emails and phoned their test takers to let them know of the test center's impending closure, the Livonia Prometric simply posted a sign on the door. The closure was not even listed on the prometric website like all the other locations (which is a Prometric policy). When I arrived at the center there were at least 20 other people waiting for the center to open. Totally unacceptable. Time for The Prometric Corporate Office to review this site and its operations.
UPDATE: I just received the call that the test center is closed...an hour and a half after I was already at the center!

The staffs were nice. The facility is small and was clean.
It wasn’t very quiet for me. They provide headphones to block noise but I wasn’t sure how clean they were. Staffs were frequently sanitizing test area.
They provide lockers to keep your personal items. Accessing locker was inconvenient because its located in hallway and i got the bottom one.

I was a little hesitant picking this place for testing due to reviews but in the end, it was very pleasant experience. Parked right infront of the office.
All the staff were really nice and cordial during the visit. Everything was very organized from the start of my test till the end (8 hours later). The testing rooms are A/Ced. The test rooms were very quiet even though there's a learning center right next door. They do share a common area space when you walk in. I wouldn't hesitate to take a test here again.

Facility fine. No frills. Basic. Signage not super prominent. Sylvan learning, more for kids, and Prometric are in same basic office. Entrance for Sylvan in the back while entrance for Prometric is in front, next to Raymond James. If you do "test run" before your big day, you'll know right where it is and how long to get there. If you look at Google map, you can come in back way by using Mallory Drive off Newburgh, then Laurel Park Drive, and Professional Center Drive, if you prefer.
