My experience at this Prometric Testing Center was all over all positive.
Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐: pleasant, informative, quick check in
Environment ⭐⭐⭐: the interior is small, plain, and nothing impressive, but I didn't come here for a fancy experience. Exam taking doesn't have to be luxurious. Like others before have mentioned, there is an offputting smell to the place, so if you find that distracting, maybe look into a different testing center.
Testing experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐: the testing room is a comfortable temperature. The room does have a lot of white noise going on in it, but you are provided with noise cancelling headphones to help you concentrate (unless white noise is your kind of thing). The user interface of the testing software is easy, plus they provide a computer tutorial at the beginning for those who may not be as computer savvy.

Bathrooms: I have been going here every six months for about 2 years to progress through a series of 5-hour exams. Each visit has been disappointing. They have 2 bathrooms; but, for years, one of the bathrooms has been out of order. So, one working bathroom for the whole testing center. The testing center is usually filled up with staff and candidates. So, if you need to use the bathroom before your test, you must wait in line. If you need to use the bathroom during your test, the test timer doesn't stop (at least not for my 5-hour exams), so you better hope that the bathroom is empty unless you are losing valuable test time. I don't understand why they neglect to fix their bathrooms. Also, since the one working bathroom is heavily used, it is dirty.
Staff: The staff have been reasonably pleasant.
Testing experience: During several of my past visits I noticed a really strong odor at this testing center. It's noticeable during the check in process and in the exam room. It sounds trivial but I assure you it is so potent at times that it breaks my focus and impacts my exam performance.
Overall: Try to reserve space at another Prometric center and avoid this one.

If you want to meet the rudest people in the earth, please go here. Prometric need to train their employees on how to behave and TALK to someone else. These staffs don't even know how to talk to the other person.

My original test was cancelled the night before, however I will not dock the rating because of that. Sure it was inconvenient but if the staffing is short or there is some unforeseen issue, there isn’t really much else the employees at this location can do.
The testing center itself is very convenient to get to. When I go for a test, I go for the sole purpose of taking that test, so I could care less about the bathrooms or the small lobby. I was seen fairly quickly after arriving, was provided a locker and a clean desk in a quiet and nicely air conditioned room. 5 hours flew by in what seemed like minutes and I passed.

If I can rate negative zero I will , the lady who’s incharge in the room is extremely rude , she don’t know how to talk nicely and professionally , I didn’t have a problem to sign in the lady in the front desk is very helpful and very nice unlike the other one she’s needs to get out of that place seriously I read some reviews that if u need the wrost experience to take test well that the right place to go ?

Took a two-day exam here. Compared to other prometric testing centers I've tested at, this one is by far the smallest and on the older side. The entrance is...
