I took my exam here and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly and cooperative. All the rules were followed and the facility is clean. They also texted me before my exam date. I was allowed to start my exam early. Definitely recommend taking your exams here.

Was very nervous before going in, I had heard about putting your things away, turning out your pockets the security scan and all of that, and just to take a test!? I understand but it still made me feel antsy and added more stress on top of the exam pressure. Ben and Sarah really made the experience far less stressful. They are very organized and friendly, really making it an inviting environment before a big test in a secure testing center. This place is very clean and professional, I’m excited to go back to get more certs!

The staff are respectful of your time and are quiet.
The ability to pass security each break is fast.
I was able to walk outside the building and sit on their benches, the outside is quite nice and very peaceful.
The only cons to this place are the noisy floor when people walk past and being next to the expressway, the semis will cause the building to shake a little.

The employees are friendly and the location is easy to get to and from. They always seem to be able to get you in before your appointment time. The chairs are old and don't always adjust properly. It's difficult to guage the temperature of the room prior to entering so you may be too hot or too cold while testing.

They consistently call to ask if you would like to move your test time to an earlier time in the day, and then they tell you to make sure you are a half hour early, ex. They say to arrive at 7:30 for an 8 am test, then the employees consistently will not show up until 7:55 to get you prepped for your 8 am exam. Very frustrating when you wake up at 5:00 am to make it by 7:30 as requested and no one is there to let you in....
