4 stars, because they don't even follow their own rules regarding jewelry. I came there will absolutely no jewelry on. Including my nose ring. Which I didnt want to take out because I was afraid it would close up. And they let a female before me test with huge diamond earrings...had to miss them. Therefore ladies, wear all the jewelry you want they don't care.

This prometric site is one of the best that I have taken exams at. I was very impressed by their Bose QuietComfort active noise canceling headphones. Their staff is very efficient at checking testers in and out of the exam room, which is very useful! There is one bathroom, a mini refrigerator and a microwave for test-taker use. I’ve tested at about 8 different prometric sites since high school, I have to say this is one of the two best.
Heidi and Jana were helpful and had a good sense of humor, which helped make my back-to-back all day tests more enjoyable.

Staff very direct and efficient. I arrived a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment and they were flexible - asked if I wanted to start right away. I did not have to wait very long after my check in process. Prometric does a good job with providing driving directions to the testing center via email.
I took off one star because the testing room itself was with many other people in a rather close proximity (within ~2 feet seated). Even though there are tall walls on the cubicles, I could hear everything behind me and next to me (sneeze, sniffles, scratching, etc). They do provide noise cancelling headphones on the desk which is nice.

I went in on the morning of 12/28/19. All the employees were great except for the lady at the front desk. She was condescending, rude and unprofessional. Not a great way to be greeted and treated right before taking a very important test.
