Impossible to reach any customer service! They constantly reschedule exam dates, and will never confirm an exam location until sometimes less then 24hr notice. For anyone trying to get a license in a trade, nursing, or insurance good luck... I would have never thought that just scheduling the exam would be more difficult then taking one.

The prometric is clean and organised. The staff were really cooperative and kind to all of us, They were efficient and quick in checking. Despite having high load of examinees with limited spaces, they are well prepared for that. I got a problem with the computer, Sarah responded very quickly. And above all I like positive people who keep smiling and wishing you the best with every break, keep up the good work, you serve many people who are having difficulties to reach other big cities prometrics.

Where is the zero star rating for these people? I mean come on, any other business that is ran as poorly as theirs would have closed the doors along time ago. If you call and get a rep named Jeremy, just hang up and keep calling back until you get someone else. Otherwise you’re wasting your time. The guy is THE worst rep. I’ve spoken to in my life. The website is awful and constantly has bugs, on top of that it’s not mobile compatible. (Do websites like that even exist?) pro metric proves they do. This company needs to be torn down and reengineered from the bottom up. I can’t say enough bad things about them.

The Prometric center rescheduled my exam TWELVE hours before my exam was set to begin. The reasoning behind their cancellation was because of incoming inclement weather. If you thought this inclement weather was a blizzard or an ice storm, you thought wrong; this inclement weather is 1-2 inches of snow that isn't scheduled to begin Saturday night. On top of everything, they rescheduled me for a Tuesday morning @ 8AM, when I work 75 miles from the center. I'm glad they care so much about their CPA applicants.

Terrible staff. Extremely rude. I took someone there for a test and was surprised at how rude one staff member in particular was (tall, older lady with reddish hair). As a business consultant and community college educator I will ensure my clients requiring test services schedule at a different test site.
