Took my STEP 2 test here. I recommend it as a testing center. It might not be the “newest testing center” if you’re comparing to the Prometric sites in Kansas City. But the employees are kind and efficient. They made the testing day run smoothly. A con is (like many prometric sites) their noise canceling headphones are horrible. 15+ years old, cheap, painful, so come prepared with some earplugs. Overall room audio was not an issue though, testing room was quiet. It is right next to a road and you. An definitely hear the occasional car/motorcycle even with earplugs. Something to take into consideration if that kind of thing bothers you.

We have been involved with Sylvan/Prometric for 3 years. They have helped our son with his ACT, PSAT and classes as needed. They are professional and highly knowledgeable about the different areas that they tutor. Our son's test scores have consistently gone up thanks to them. Kristen bends over backwards to make sure their program is tailored to your child's needs. I would definitely recommend them.

MY TESTING WAS INTERRUPTED NOT ONCE--BUT TWICE AND I WAS THREATENED TO HAVE MY TEST TERMINATED OVER A MASK! THIS OCCURED WITHIN THE FIRST 10-15 QUESTIONS AND IT WAS 120 QUESTION TEST---LET ME TELL YOU IT WASN"T EASY TAKING THE TEST IN A HOSTIL ENVIRONMENT LIKE THAT!! THANK GOODNESS I PASSED! HOW UNACCEPTABLE!!

Excellent customer service. Kind, respectful and responsible and responsive to questions.
Kristen is such a big help with assuring to get information on examinations due to the closures from the Pandemic. She has a honest virtue.
I am at ease to have someone to on top of things for these informations.

Horrible testing experience here. The staff was rude and refused to provide the testing supplies I asked for. One of the employees decided that it would be appropriate to raise his voice while I was taking the exam.
