Yikes. Someone I know needed to take a test, went in and was rejected because she was wearing a mask. I’d give 0 stars because they also stole her money! Avoid this trash test center!

This is the worst company to work with. I needed to reschedule my test, and the website to reschedule would not work. Several tries did nothing. I tried to contact them, and it is nearly impossible. After finding a number on a subsidiary website, I waited for 45 minutes. Finally, the customer service rep in the rescheduling department told me there was nothing he could do. Nothing. Couldn't move it forward, couldn't move it back. Couldn't move it several months back. He couldn't do a single thing. I asked him how that made any sense at all, and all I got was static. This company is terrible, and if it wasn't for the fact I have to work with them (test through them is mandatory) I would never do business with them.

Prometric cancelled my exam the night before and only sent me an email! I called and they were already closed for the day. Left a voicemail for them to call me back as it was supposed to be the last day I was authorized to test. They did not call me back! Talked to customer service and they were not helpful and gave me incorrect information.

This is not the Omaha center's fault specifically but the customer service for Prometric corporate is horrible! I received an email that my test was cancelled but apparently that email was generated by mistake. I was marked as a no show (for my cancelled test) and received no information about rescheduling. I spent well over an hour and a half trying to get someone on the line to reschedule my test. Had I known it would of taken that long I just would of paid the $45 to schedule it again. I kept getting directed to the website to fix my issue (which was not possible) and it took forever to get ahold of person who could help. It shouldn't be that hard!

This company is a fraud! Scheduled a test... was given wrong test code. Called in to get it fixed and jeremy the "supervisor" told me I cannot reschedule that I am too late... Jeremy is saying in the year 2019 it is not possible to print a test and have it sent to a location in 7 days... very poor customer service. You should not have a laughing tone when you are delivering news like this. Not impressed at all.. Jeremy is very rude and needs training on customer service. I now understand why the first lady that answered the phone had a poor attitude shes being trained by an unprofessional employee.
