This is the worst company to work with. I needed to reschedule my test, and the website to reschedule would not work. Several tries did nothing. I tried to contact them, and it is nearly impossible. After finding a number on a subsidiary website, I waited for 45 minutes. Finally, the customer service rep in the rescheduling department told me there was nothing he could do. Nothing. Couldn't move it forward, couldn't move it back. Couldn't move it several months back. He couldn't do a single thing. I asked him how that made any sense at all, and all I got was static. This company is terrible, and if it wasn't for the fact I have to work with them (test through them is mandatory) I would never do business with them.
