I took the GRE here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I called the morning of to double check the ID requirements and without me asking he gave me directions and told me what to bring and also told me that an appointment before me got cancelled so I could come in whenever. It is a quiet environment which was really important for me.

For as stressful and controlled a test as the GRE is, I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. Jeff called to inform me that l could come ahead of my appointment as a computer had opened. The atmosphere is good. It's a little out of the way and the temperature was chilly inside the testing room.

I came here for my GRE the other week and they were having their roof redone, when I inquired as to not wanting to take it with all the banging going on overhead I was told that it was too late to reschedule without loosing my $250 deposit. After taking the exam I emailed ETS and they stated that I should have just not taken the exam and hoped that they would refund me, and since I took the exam I must have been fine with the noise. As a testing center I feel that it is extremely unprofessional to have a noisy environment, they offered ear plugs and noise cancelling headphone, but those did nothing for the banging and nailing going on. Don't waste your money going to this place, they obviously have no respect for their customers.

The staff is good but when you are writing the test and if you lift your hand they don't care.
