Nobody wants to take a standardized or proctored test. But the ladies here were above and beyond kind and efficient. I hope I don't have to see them again for a couple of years but they were great. I couldn't find my confirmation number the morning of my test so I called ahead. They looked me up and said to just come in when I was ready that day. Then I was given kind detailed instructions on how to get there and where the office was in the building. Rules were clearly posted and explained. I was a very happy customer.

Nobody likes taking test, but the staff of this facility definitely makes things a lot easier. First off, I was very surprised to get a call the day before reminding me of my exam appointment with tip such as bringing a sweater. The staff there were very courteous and professional and made things as smooth as possible to ease any test-taking anxiety. The facility is nice, with your standard computers and everything worked and was clean. What else can you ask for?

Place has free parking. It is located up stairs. The facility is flanked with locked bathrooms. The workers know what they are doing and for my exam, it seemed to be relatively quiet. Sometimes I have noticed you can hear people talking, but luckily for me that was not the case. I do wish they kept it slightly cooler in the testing room since there are just so many computers and bodies in there, but no real complaints. Great facility. If i could do my tests here again, I would.

Took a test at this location, and it went great! Very nice and organized. You put your stuff in a secure locker. The employees were all very friendly. You can take breaks as needed, and the restroom is close by. The testing room is nice and quiet, too, with decent computers.
