I took a two day, cumulatively 16 hour test and I would not have wanted to be anywhere else. They made a very unpleasant test go as smoothly as possible. Honestly the best and friendliest staff at any prometric I’ve ever been to. I don’t live near here but if I need to take a prometric exam again I would consider driving up to pay them a visit.

The staff at this testing center is beyond amazing, friendly and informed. The room is quiet, clean and comfortable.

I took the GRE here a week ago. The two ladies were extremely helpful and nice. They explained the rules and how they would be checking to make sure we didn't have any cheat sheets or things written on our wrists or ankles. They explained how breaks work and what to do if we needed assistance. I'm not a rocket scientist but it was easy enough to follow and I was comfortable as could be taking a 5 hour test. I'm not sure why people wrote negative things about noise because I am ultra sensitive to noise and I found it quiet enough here. I used the headphones for a while but then my ears would hurt so I'd take them off. One other tester was tapping his key and the monitor quickly and quietly put an end to that. As for the reviewer who mentioned "brain dumping" onto his paper and then getting scolded for that is simply being unreasonable. You are not allowed to do that when testing. It is one of the warnings they actually give you. Basically follow the rules, take your test, go home and wait for your results.
