No one answers at the local number given and they do not return phone calls when a message is left. The answering service is terrible--like others say the foreign speakers are extremely difficult to understand and they do not seem to understand English that well. I had to repeat the name of the test I was taking 3 times. As others said I was placed on hold several times --what should have been a 10 minute call took 45 minutes. Very exasperating! For all they charge and expect from test-takers they have extremely poor customer service.

I spent hours on the phone and online trying to get a number to schedule fingerprinting for Real Estate License. Info online didn't work, links led to wrong information. The customer service number I called was a call center overseas, who didn't know what I was talking about. The Real Estate Commission, when asked how to get fingerprinting, simply read the same information to me. Worthless.

After being put on hold for 30 seconds, a weird alarm sound plays and then I'm hung up on. There HAS to be another way to schedule an exam besides calling. I think it might be time to invest in a new phone, maybe even someone who is easier to understand behind it? I felt rude asking him to repeat himself 15 times.

I strongly suggest testing at a different site Staff is rude and test results take days to be sent All the reviews about call center and staff being hard to understand and hold times are true Very disappointing that they expect so much from the tester but have no accountability for there own actions. I should NOT have to deal with so many issues just to receive my test results
