Excellent experience. Would give them 100 stars if that was possible. I had a horrible experience at the Clark (NJ) Prometric centre.I would highly advise people taking Usmle Steps to take it here.Staff is really friendly,professional,quiet,helpful & cooperative.

Really great staff. They made stressful day go by easily. Suggest taking any long exam here. Facilities were also spacious and clean.

This place is clean and well-staffed. Everybody is pleasant, helpful and efficient. The room is well-lit and quiet. The chairs are comfy and the equipment is all pretty new. They have the correct noise cancelling headphones, give you plenty of paper and are interested in making your visit as good as possible. This is the best testing facility I've ever been to; I highly recommend it.

Pretty easy to get to with GPS. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially patient with everyone, check in was easy. Place is nice and clean really can’t complain. Get to the testing center on time (meaning be there 30 mins early minimum like recommended by ETS) and you will have no problem on waiting, all depending when in the year you will be testing. You can’t go wrong with this location, good luck to all test takers !

I have testing accommodations that allows me to be in a separate testing room from the other test takes to reduce distractions. However, I almost wish I was in the room with the other testers because of the placement of the separate testing room. This room is located in between the lobby and the area where people are physically checked in to make sure they have their ticket and nothing on them that would require them to be able to cheat. IT WAS SO NOISY. I could literally hear every single word that was being said and it was IMPOSSIBLE to be able to concentrate. The employees were talking across the room to each other from the lobby and check in area basically yelling and I could hear every word of their conversation. At one point I even heard them talking about me!!!!! (nothing bad, just about what test I was sitting for) But when you hear someone and you know they are talking about you it is obviously very distracting and makes it hard to concentrate. I probably had to read over each question 10 times because of how distracting they were. The testing facility was clean, but I won't be going back here unless necessary.
